    Customer Support Specialist

    £27,300 a year

    Help families use Memrial, from their first photograph to a full private archive. You will answer questions by email, fix simple account issues and turn what you learn into clearer help content.

  • Valencia, Spain · Full-time

    Customer Support Specialist, Spanish and English

    €25,200 a year

    Support Spanish-speaking families in Memrial, in Spanish and English. You will answer questions by email, help households get their photos and home videos safely into the archive and write help content that reads naturally in both languages.

Hiring

How we hire

We aim to reply to every application within two weeks. If you need adjustments for any part of the process, say so in your email and we will arrange them.

  1. Send your application Email your CV and a short cover letter to [email protected]. Tell us which role you are applying for and why Memrial interests you.
  2. Intro conversation A 30-minute call about your experience and what you are looking for next. No whiteboard exercises.
  3. Role conversation A deeper session with the people you would work with day to day. For technical roles there is a short, practical exercise you can do in your own time.
  4. Offer and references If it is a fit on both sides, we make an offer and take references. We aim to move within a few weeks of your application.
