Common questions
Yes. There is no time-limited trial and no credit card is required. If a free archive has no activity for six months, Memrial emails the owner; sign in or contribute within the following three months to keep it active.
Nothing needs moving. Your archive, people, dates, comments and original files stay exactly where they are; the new limits apply immediately.
No. One plan covers the whole archive. Household, Family and Legacy include unlimited family members.
Yes. Free and Starter include three room-hours each month. Household, Family and Legacy have no monthly room-hour quota. Every plan supports up to six participants with voice and text chat; an individual room can run for up to three hours.
No. Memrial keeps the file you upload untouched and creates separate previews for quick browsing.
Yes. You can change plan at any time. If you cancel, you receive a 30-day closing window to download your originals before anything is removed.
