Memrial partner programme
Applications are welcome from businesses, publishers, creators and communities worldwide. Applications are reviewed, and a supported payment arrangement must be confirmed before activation. Stripe handles payments in supported countries. Elsewhere, payments are arranged manually with Memrial before activation.
Referrals and earnings
The standard offer is 40% of the referred archive's collected base subscription revenue after tax, refunds and measurable direct costs. Additional storage charges and other add-ons do not earn commission. Payment processing fees are allocated in proportion to eligible base subscription revenue. Direct costs include storage, payment processing and other costs attributable to that archive. Fixed business overheads are not deducted. Commission never becomes negative when costs exceed revenue.
The commission window is one calendar year from the customer's first successful payment. Pauses, cancellations and later resubscriptions do not restart or extend it. Only successful payments within that window qualify. Free signups earn no commission. Existing referrals retain the terms recorded when they joined.
Storage and other direct costs are recorded with supporting references for the billing period covered by each payment. Earnings remain awaiting calculation until costs are confirmed after that period. The portal then shows the revenue, cost deductions and commission. Payment processing fees use the actual payment record. Refunds reduce earnings; refunded commissions already paid can be recovered from future balances.
A referral can be attributed for 60 days after an eligible visit. Self-referrals, fraudulent activity and duplicate payments do not earn commission. One subscription covers the paying family archive and its relatives.
Payments and recommendations
Confirmed earnings are subject to a 14-day refund hold from the customer's payment. Partners may request payment from their portal once their available balance reaches $30 USD. Requests are reviewed before payment; verification, current terms, payment arrangements and any outstanding account review must be complete before money is sent. Earnings are accounted for in USD; local currency conversion and the agreed payment arrangement are shown where applicable.
Partners choose the wording, placement and link markup of recommendations on their own websites. Partners are responsible for their recommendations and for clearly disclosing their commission relationship to their audiences. Memrial does not guarantee search rankings or referral volumes. Directory inclusion is independent of participation in this programme.
Programme administration
Recommendations must be accurate and suitable for their audiences. Partners must not impersonate Memrial, make unsubstantiated claims, publish private customer information, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, bid on Memrial brand terms or manipulate attribution. Consent choices, blocked browser storage and a later eligible partner visit can affect attribution.
Memrial may approve, pause or close accounts to protect customers and the programme. Payments may be held while fraud, refunds, disputes or incorrect account information are reviewed. Partners must keep their account information accurate and are responsible for their own taxes and records.
Programme assets may be used to promote Memrial while participation remains active. This permission is limited and revocable; withdrawn assets must no longer be used. Either party may end participation. Accrued valid commission remains subject to refunds, fraud review, minimum payment rules and lawful deductions.
The agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory rights where the partner lives. Contact Memrial through the support details published on memrial.com with programme questions.
