Memrial Affiliate Programme Agreement

Programme

You may introduce suitable people to Memrial using the referral links and materials in your affiliate portal. Memrial may approve, pause or close an account to protect customers, the programme or the Memrial brand.

Commission

The standard offer is 30% of the plan commission base for the first 12 successful paid subscription months. The commission base, attribution window, holding period and payout threshold shown in your portal form part of this agreement. Failed, disputed, fraudulent or refunded payments do not earn commission. Partial refunds reduce commission proportionally.

Attribution

Attribution normally uses the last qualifying affiliate visit within 60 days. Browser consent choices, blocked storage, another qualifying partner visit and customer behaviour can affect attribution. Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, misleading redirects and attempts to replace another partner's attribution are prohibited.

Promotion

Recommendations must be accurate, genuine and suitable for the audience. You must clearly disclose that you may earn commission. Paid links on websites must use rel="sponsored". You must not send unlawful or unsolicited messages, make unsubstantiated claims, impersonate Memrial, bid on Memrial brand terms, use deceptive advertising or publish private customer information.

Payouts

Stripe provides identity verification and bank payouts. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. Available balances are normally drafted monthly after the stated holding period and threshold. A payout can be held while Memrial reviews fraud, refunds, disputes, legal obligations or incorrect account information. You are responsible for your taxes and records.

Content and brand

Memrial grants a limited, revocable right to use current approved programme assets only to promote Memrial under this agreement. You must stop using them when your account closes or when an asset is withdrawn.

Ending participation

Either party may end participation. Accrued valid commission remains subject to refunds, fraud review, minimum payout rules and lawful deductions. Serious abuse may result in forfeiture where the law permits.

Law and contact
