How long do I wait? Standard processing takes 8–9 weeks from when we receive your media. If you need your memories sooner, rush processing is available. The exact turnaround depends on factors like the quantity of items, the condition of your media, and current demand. You'll receive live status updates throughout the entire process. Can I watch on TV as well? Yes! Most modern smart TVs play our USB sticks straight away, or you can stream directly from your Cloud Album.
